The North Central Louisiana Arts Council seeks to nurture the arts, by enhancing and promoting participation in and awareness of the arts and humanities in north central Louisiana, with Lincoln Parish serving as the hub.

The North Central Louisiana Arts Council believes that the visual, performing, and literary arts are essential. We seek to cultivate opportunities for creative expression, to share our diverse cultural heritage, and to celebrate not just who we are, but what we can be. We believe in the dignity of every person and that a diverse society that proclaims the uniqueness of its individuals, cultures, and perspectives is a stronger society. We welcome and encourage the full participation of all individuals in fulfilling our mission to nurture the arts in North Central Louisiana.
