NCLAC is looking for artist(s), solo artists, small groups, or large group exhibitions, who would like to have a 3-month long show featuring their work within the June 2014-June 2015 year.
The shows are held at Crescent City Coffee, and in the Dixie Center for the Arts Lobby in Ruston. Crescent City Shows feature Opening Receptions with refreshments, postcard and poster advertising for the show around Ruston, and web/newspaper promotions throughout our region. Dixie Center Shows highlight artists from outside of Lincoln Parish, coordinate with Dixie Season Shows, and also feature postcard and poster advertising for the show around Ruston, web/newspaper promotion.
All applications will be reviewed by a juried panel to decide if the work will be accepted into NCLAC’s galleries. Artwork is judged on professionalism of presentation, acceptableness of content for a general audience, and by how well the body of work presented works together cohesively.
